ICON Vehicle Dynamics stayed true to GM engineers' thought process with the development of our suspension systems for the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD trucks. Using ICON's holistic engineering philosophy, our R&D team went above and beyond to develop several stages of complete suspension systems that provide varying levels of adjustability, capability, and overall vehicle performance. ICON's Stage 2 system is comprised of V.S. 2.0 HD Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, and torsion keys that allow for 2-3.5” of front lift height adjustment. The ICON vehicle-specific tuned 2.0 HD shocks are the key to attaining optimum ride quality and getting that desired comfort with the 3/4 & 1-ton working capability, and feature robust construction that sets them apart from standard ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.
