CURT's 56423 is a vehicle-specific trailer wiring connector for Nissan Frontier, Quest, Mercury Villager. It plugs into the socket the factory already fitted, so nothing is cut or spliced. The output is a 4-way flat connector, which carries tail lights, brake lights and turn signals. Circuit protection is rated 3.0 A on the turn and brake circuits and 6.0 A on the tail lights.
