CURT 16418 is a set of custom 5th wheel brackets for select 1999-2010 Chevrolet & GMC models. The fitment table below lists every model and year. Fitment details: Excluding Cab & Chassis (Silverado 2500 HD Classic, Silverado 3500 Classic, Silverado 3500 HD, Sierra 2500 HD Classic, Sierra 3500 Classic, Sierra 3500 HD, 1999-2004 Silverado 2500, 2001-2010 Silverado 2500 HD, 2001-2006 Silverado 3500, 1999-2004 Sierra 2500, 2001-2010 Sierra 2500 HD, 2001-2006 Sierra 3500).

The brackets give 5th wheel base rails and a 5th wheel hitch a solid mounting point on the truck. They are shaped to the frame of the truck, and drilling is required for installation. They are made to be used with CURT base rails 16104 or 16204, which are sold separately. Mounting hardware is included.
