CURT 16027 is a 25K puck system 5th wheel adapter with rails for select 2011-2027 Ford and 2020-2026 Chevrolet & GMC models. The fitment table below lists every model and year. Fitment details: With 5th Wheel Prep Package; 8' Bed Only (Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500 HD, F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, Sierra 2500 HD, Sierra 3500 HD).

It converts the Chevy / Ford / GMC puck system to industry-standard rails that accept most 5th wheel legs and rollers. An existing hitch can be moved from a previous truck to a puck-equipped truck with no hitch leg reconfiguring or disassembly. A quarter-turn anchoring system gives quick installation and removal, and the anchors adjust to eliminate chucking between the legs and the puck system. It is rated to 25,000 lb gross trailer weight and 6,250 lb vertical load, and capacity is limited to the lowest-rated towing component. It is tested in accordance with SAE J2638.
