CURT 16469 is a set of custom 5th wheel brackets for 2019-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 & GMC Sierra 1500, 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD & GMC Sierra 1500 Limited. Fitment details: Excluding 5.8' Bed or High Country (Silverado 1500 LTD, 2019-2026 Silverado 1500); Excluding 5.8' Bed or Denali (Sierra 1500 Limited, 2019-2026 Sierra 1500).
The brackets give 5th wheel base rails and a 5th wheel hitch a solid mounting point on the truck. They are shaped to the frame of the truck. They are made to be used with CURT base rails 16104 or 16204, which are sold separately. Mounting hardware is included.
