CURT 16427 is a set of custom 5th wheel brackets for 2014-2027 Ram 2500. Fitment details: Excluding 5th Wheel Prep Package.
The brackets give 5th wheel base rails and a 5th wheel hitch a solid mounting point on the truck. No drilling is required. They are made to be used with CURT base rails 16104 or 16204, which are sold separately. Mounting hardware is included.
