CURT 16042 is a 25K puck system 5th wheel adapter with rails for 2013-2027 Ram 2500/3500. Fitment details: With 5th Wheel Prep Package.
It converts the Ram puck system to industry-standard rails that accept most 5th wheel legs and rollers. An existing hitch can be moved from a previous truck to a puck-equipped truck with no hitch leg reconfiguring or disassembly. A quarter-turn anchoring system gives quick installation and removal, and the anchors adjust to eliminate chucking between the legs and the puck system. It is rated to 25,000 lb gross trailer weight, and capacity is limited to the lowest-rated towing component. It is tested in accordance with SAE J2638.
